You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at sales@nothingbutleds.com or call us at 1-800-414-8919. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return.
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Our team will issue an RMA number to authorize the return. Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Return the Product: Once you have received the RMA, securely package the product in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us. Please ensure the item is returned in new, unused condition.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in the shipment.
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 2 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly by either providing a replacement or processing a full refund.
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our support team within 2 days of receiving your shipment. We will promptly arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product at no additional charge.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original product and place a new order for the desired item.

While rare, miscommunication during the shipping process may occasionally occur, resulting in delays or lost packages. If your order experiences any shipping delays, we will take immediate action by contacting the carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement shipment or process a refund at our discretion. However, any shipping or reshipping costs incurred due to refused packages, missing address details, or cancellations not made on time will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event a package is marked as "Delivered", but you have not received it, we will contact the carrier to begin an investigation. The final responsibility rests with the customer to ensure the package is delivered to a safe location and that accurate shipping details are provided. The customer is also responsible for contacting the carrier with any follow-up questions after Proof of Delivery is provided.
