At Nothing But LEDs, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or store credit, subject to the terms outlined below.
Contact Us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Before returning any items, please contact our customer support team via email at sales@nothingbutleds.com or by phone at 1-800-414-8919 to request an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA.
Provide Proof of Purchase: To process your return, you must provide a receipt, purchase order number, or other valid proof of purchase.
Package Your Return Securely: Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in their original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transit. Include all original components, accessories, and documentation.
Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item being shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the value of the contents.
Include the RMA: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, components, and accessories included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, or to charge a restocking fee if the item is not in its original condition.
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) with your order number and details of the incorrect item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at our expense.
Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty that extends beyond our 30-day return policy. Please refer to the product page or contact us for specific warranty information. Warranty claims are typically handled directly by the manufacturer.
